Carolina Inspection Services uses the CMS (Content Management System) for their web-site, allowing them to update text, images, and other content directly from inside the SalesKite system. They are able to use the web-site to keep their customers informed of the latest rules and regulations, plus show potential customers that they work hard to keep information private, which builds trust. In addition, they use the CRM (Contact Relationship Management) section to keep detailed records of each completed inspection. Furthermore, they have integrated the email system and virtual fax into the communication setup, which helps them keep detailed communication history for each customer.

Most importantly, SalesKite allows Carolina Inspection to access the customer data and communication history from anywhere at anytime. This can be done on a laptop computer through a WIFI or Cellular-Internet connection. They can access information with a Smart Phone as well as answer emails easily. We also helped them implement a VoIP phone system that rings in the office and is redirected to two cell-phones at the same time, so they will not lose phone calls.

Since SalesKite is web-based we have removed most of the local IT expenses. Instead of the installation and maintenance of a server and VPN access, all you need is an internet connection for each computer.  Normally the maintenance can be an expensive unknown cost, but SalesKite offers a low monthly cost - No surprises.

They are currently considering adding the order system to keep track of the invoicing and billing. The main reason for the order handling system is to integrate PayJunction merchant account, which would allow their customers to pay by credit card.
